World magazines say that the best place to live, work and play is Atlanta. In the parks, recreation, and natural resource industries, Atlanta offers career opportunities. In the metropolitan region alone, the population has increased from 2.9 million to 4.1 million people in the last decade, which is almost 40 percent.
