Job Mission:
· Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders
· Answer any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders, and deliveries
· Support sales and suppliers in any request within the scope of work
· Process samples requests and picking slips
· Check updates of customers account
· Call customers and inform them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts
· Submit daily reports to the Supervisor
· Acknowledge customer complaints to maintain service and deliver quality
· Generate sales leads to be sent to the sales department
· Send out any communication letters to all customers through fax and emails
· Submits daily reports to the Manager
Requirements:
· 2 to 5 years’ experience in telesales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
· 100% customer driven and must be a go-getter
· Strong sales/telesales capabilities
· Team player
· Ability to handle customer complaints
· College degree
· English is a must
