Responsibilities:
Helping the sales team to enhance their productivity by contacting customers to rearrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the right prices, discounts, and merchandise numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they're processed consistent with customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to make sure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so on maintain sales records, prepare reports, and supply financial information to the finance department.
Hiring and training staff and ensuring staff meet their quotas and goals.
Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions are going to be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing are going to be an asset
