Preferably 2 years of outdoor direct sales experience / We are hiring Fresher’s too with good aptitude for sales

Job Role:
  1. To generate cold calling or lead calls.
  2. Generating new business and ensuring the existing customer base to be handled and serviced
  3. Maintaining Daily DSR tracker and submitting to the telesales executives to follow-up the clients
  4. Physically visiting and confirming the plans with the client
  5. Application picking up for the same after dully verified all the original documents, from the company premises Manager, CEO, Partners and PRO.
  6. Adherence to process compliance mentioned by Telecom Operator/TRA/DED etc.
  7. Follow up with the processing team for processing the application
  8. Ensuring the monthly target achievement on numbers and revenue
  9. Strict adherence to the process for customer acquisition and activation process to avoid any kind of revenue leakage / penalty / customer dissatisfaction
  10. Physically verifying the document with the original documents, verifying the customer, customer details and customer premises before submission of application.
  11. Maintaining a strong relation with the customers for retaining & recurring business.
  12. Conducting outdoor activity for increasing the sales.
  13. Ensuring confidentiality of the customer details and other data.
