Role Summary:

Responsible for providing strategic P&L and operations finance leadership for geographic area LCT. Serves as a business partner to the in operation team to drive business initiatives, growth, business strategy, and profit.

Essential Responsibilities:

Partner with tycoon and workers to drive in operation performance & act as champion for
strategic initiatives within the organization
Ownership for developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews
Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and coverage key metrics whereas
advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
Provides rating analytics and price estimation support on active bids also as for pipeline
development
Supports order acquisition by facilitating financing: Loans, Letters of Credits, Bank Guarantees, etc.
Partner with channel partners and optimize channel partner processes (Commissions, incentives etc.)
Drive profitable growth within the region by providing analysis of results and distinguishing
key metrics whereas advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
Interaction with GEHC customers in each ITO and OR processes
Lead cross-functional comes to drive simplification throughout the organization and to boost rigor in key Finance processes, reducing prices profit
Contribute to up efficiencies and performance also as providing quality monetary information. Actively participate with Operations Management to boost productivity and inventory management
Develop and improve monetary processes: Finance coverage tools, Management coverage tools, budgeting and estimating processes, customary cost set ups and analyses,
Capital Investment • give FP&A support for each LCT and EGM military installation groups

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 5 years
financial work expertise as well as developing forecasts plans and leading business / finance reviews

Solid laptop skills: expertise with monetary systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS,
Business Objects, etc.), robust stand out skills in information compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
Confidence / Assertiveness: robust influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with troublesome messages and defend position; as an example, work closely with business leaders to realize business objectives whereas driving controller-ship/GE Values • expertise operating in international business setting with sound understanding of worldwide method and transaction flows
Experience leading in a matrixed environment
Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP
Trained and/or certified in method improvement methodology like LEAN or Six letter of the alphabet
Graduate of GE's monetary Management Program (FMP), or company Audit workers (CAS); or graduate of other financial leadership programs
Masters’ degree in Business Administration
