Branding & Communications Officer

Branding & Communications Officer ( UAE Nationals Only)

Abu Dhabi

General Description:
Responsible for developing, execution and observation product communications, campaigns and stigmatization initiatives making certain strict adherence to company’s whole pointers through all relevant channels to realize business objectives

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and execute promoting communication plans per the required business objectives
  2. Prepare and handle promoting communication campaign briefs and guarantee inventive ideas alignment to the whole pointers
  3. Execute communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, Online)
  4. Monitor performance of communication campaigns in each channel by carrying-out of post campaign surveys to derive feedback, recommendations, key learning and take action as necessary
  5. Support within the creation of sales and promoting communications collateral specializing in PR and content
  6. Cross functionally work with different units among the department to confirm investing on mutual activities to realize the simplest outcome
  7. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to confirm collaboration in promotional activities
  8. Budget Tracking and monitoring
  9. Project Tracking and monitoring
  10. Asses written communications and their adherence to brand guidelines (Creative Writing)
  11. following and following internal processes with relevant departments (Procurement / Finance / Legal etc.)

Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum four year of expertise in promoting communications and /or stigmatization
  2. Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  3. Sensible command of written and spoken English; information of Arabic is a bonus
  4. Sensible analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills
  5. Ability to acquire and apply new skills
  6. Flexible and able to work under pressure
  7. Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality
  8. Proactive and results minded while making certain prime quality of labor
  9. Advance level of client service orientation and expertness altogether interactions
  10. Ready to add a multi-cultural surroundings and promote cooperation and information sharing so as to realize goals and deliverable
  11. Good knowledge of health insurance concepts
  12. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  13. Good knowledge of project management
