Operations Manager - Dubai

This role can manage the International Health Operations within the geographic area, providing a full and top quality service to shoppers and different stakeholders encompassing all areas of the Company`s service delivery process.

  • To manage all operational processes within the Middle East; liaising with shoppers, distributors and suppliers as needed. These will include the following:-
  • Claims - knowledge entry, policy and medical judgment, process and payment of claims forwarded by each medical suppliers and directly from members;
  • Client Services - incoming and later renewal of native teams and members;
  • Helpline - responding to all or any arriving queries and complaints; and
  • Medical Services - pre-authorization of planned treatment.
  • To determine and drive initiatives to enhance operational potency and client expertise, operating closely with peers across regions and functions
  • The consistent delivery of in agreement key performance indicators and different metrics.
  • To coach, develop and manage team members
  • To devise and procure approval for man power and resource plans that guarantee continued  delivery of in agreement service standards as business levels will increase.

Experience Required:
  • 5 years expertise inside a money services or medical insurance atmosphere.
  • 5 years division management expertise, inside the service delivery functions of such an organization.
  • An exposure to sales and or finance would be a bonus
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
