As a part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a Store Supervisor with the following requirement:

to run the day to day store activities and managing staff in order to achieve company set targets for a particular store.

1. Achieve sales targets defined for the store.
2. Monitor sales achievements by generating daily/week;y reports & identifying gaps in order to set an action plan.
3. Understanding the product contribution in profitability & boosting the sales to achieve high gross profit.
4. Participate in a marketing plan, promotions ideas, suggest new products and services as per customer needs.
5. Responsible for ordering & managing stock levels within defined limits & customer’s demand.
6. Ensure that store merchandising is as per monogram.
7. Coordinating with Purchase department for routine orders deliveries & issue.
8. Responsible for maintaining wastage within the defined tolerance limits.
9. Responsible for staff performance review & development.
10. Maintaining sufficient & adequate knowledge of Circle K product range & vendors as well.
11. Handling customer complaints escalations & provide them with a satisfactory solution.

13. Good communication skills, English is a must

15. Ability to led a team
16. Preferably with retail experience
