DESCRIPTION:
Develop and maintain/update comprehensive Field/AHCA training and communication programs to keep appropriate personnel up to date on all FINRA/SEC/State regulatory and AXA policy changes via training events, conference calls, training digital sessions or Field communications. This may include: department and field procedures, quick reference guides, FAQs, development of training sessions, training presentations, bulletins, brochures, etc., for AHCA as well as the Field. Maintenance of department resource center. Support team and field staff development working with management as necessary. Work with management and project team closely to meet important deadlines and provide input or feedback as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required;
- 2-4 years of training experience
- 2-4 years of financial services experience
- 2-4 years of strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
- Ability to help develop training material and procedures
Preferred;
2-4 years of SEC, FINRA and State Departments of Insurance rules and regulations experience.
Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
