DESCRIPTION:
- To maintain a file record keeping system to ensure the consultant records are properly filed and updated in systems.
- To monitor HKFI registration, de-registration, renewal cases & IIQE for consultants.
- To prepare consultant contracts, agreements and letters.
- To handle all the administrative matters relating to the group life, medical and dental benefits for consultants.
- To prepare various management information reports.
- To monitor leave applications for Distribution Channels.
- To update various system records and handle all administrative matters regarding the departure of consultants including the final payment & outstanding debt.
- To calculate compensation for Distribution Channels.
- To manage the payrolls for Distribution Channels.
- To handle inquiry from Distribution Channels.
- To monitor the MPF contributions for Distribution Channels.
- To handle tax return for Distribution Channels.
- To assist in performing testing on system enhancement and special project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate major in Finance/HR related is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Chinese Word Processing etc.)
- Knowledge of IPL & AS400 is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Good in organization, communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
