WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR WAITERS & WAITRESS ON - 14.07.2018

WAITERS 

Indians Only.

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Restaurants.

Should have pleasing personality and knows how to deal with the customer.

Should be able to operate POS Machines.

Candidates on Visit Visa may also apply but with minimum 2 years experience.

WAITRESS 

Indian and Filipino preferred.

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Restaurants.

Should have pleasing personality and knows how to deal with the customer.

Should be able to operate POS Machines.

Candidates on Visit Visa may also apply but with minimum 2 years experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction.
2. Greet customers and present menu.
3. Make recommendations or share additional information upon request.
4. Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products.
5. Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy.
6. Check products for quality and rectify any problems.
7. Deliver checks and collect payments.
8. Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff.
9. Follow all relevant health department regulations and all customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress.
2. Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
3. Problem solving and decision making skills.
4. Service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
5. Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system.
6. Active listening and effective communication competencies.
7. Good physical condition.
8. High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.
