Description:

  1. Word processing;
  2. Internal & External Correspondence handling;
  3. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
  4. Creating and maintaining filing systems;
  5. Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;
  6. Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
  7. Organizing travel for staff.
  8. Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  9. Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  10. Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
  11. Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
  12. Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts;
  13. Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  14. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  15. Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;
  16. Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
  17. Arranging in-house and external events.
  18. Any other tasks given by the Management should also be carried out accordingly.
